WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist in the administration and coordination of concrete construction projects.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, plans, specifications, and other project-related documents.
- Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting for projects.
- Coordinate with project team members, including contractors, vendors, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in obtaining and organizing project permits, approvals, and inspections.
- Maintain project documentation and records in an organized and accessible manner.
BENEFITS:
