Commercial Carpet Technician
Location: NE Portland, OR (Onsite)
Pay: $20/hr + Overnight Shift Differential
Schedule: Full time, 6pm-2:30am (Graveyard)

We offer superior floor cleaning services to all of our clients. Specializing in floor cleaning for commercial buildings such as offices, banks, dental facilities, and hospitals. Not only can we clean a variety of buildings, but we can also clean a variety of flooring types. We maintain vinyl, ceramic, stone, marble, terrazzo, and concrete. We are the premier provider of green commercial cleaning in Portland.

The technician position services our commercial client’s facilities with quality carpet, floor, or upholstery cleaning. The job includes reading floor plans and work orders, verifying work instructions, loading all tools and equipment, driving to job sites, completing quality cleaning service, verifying the quality of the job, training others, as well as learning other job responsibilities. The position is self-directed and collaborative. The position follows professional work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure our customers get the best service possible.
- Practices safe work habits and ensure the work environment is safe.
- Keeps job sure, equipment, tools, work environment, and vans clean and organized.
- Ensures job sites, trucks, and tools are secure and keys are returned.
- Encourages the team to provide the highest level of efficient, quality service.
- Proficient at cleaning floors, carpets, and upholstery with high efficiency and quality.
- Verifies the quality of the work at a job site before leaving the job site
- Helps the whole team, collaborates and inspires.
- 2 years experience
- Honest! We work with lots of clients and we just want everyone happy.
- Exudes a great attitude!
- Flexible! Volunteer to work overtime and be flexible with schedule and shifts.
- Drivers license
