Location: Canby, OR
Pay: $25–$28/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

A local, well-established manufacturing company in Canby is looking to add a skilled MIG/TIG or MIG Welder to their team. This is a growing shop that takes pride in quality craftsmanship and precision work.
What You’ll Do
This is not a repetitive production role — this is a job shop environment. The workload and projects vary, so adaptability is key. You won’t be welding the same parts every day.

What You’ll Do

- Perform MIG and, or, TIG welding on thin-gauge metal and mild steel
- Complete precision welding projects with attention to detail
- Read and interpret blueprints as needed
- Use various hand tools and shop equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What You Need to Have
The Musts:
- 2+ years of MIG or TIG welding experience
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience using various hand tools
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Preferred:
- Reliable transportation
- Mechanical assembly experience
- Additional TIG welding knowledge
