Job Description
Job Title: Coating Manufacturing Associate
Summary: We are looking for a Coating Manufacturing Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling electronic components, subassemblies, products, or systems. They will perform coating job preparation, potting, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding-mixing, gluing, drilling, screwing, fitting, labeling, conformal coating-prep and masking, color coding, and quality check of their own work. The Coating Manufacturing Associate will also need to have the ability to identify and use hand/power tools and hardware, use a calculator, and work with scales.
Responsibilities:
Verify incoming kits have correct paperwork
Check parts against BOM
Follow work instructions for correct process and QC requirements
Perform potting, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding-mixing, gluing, drilling, screwing, fitting, labeling, conformal coating-prep and masking, and color coding
Use scales, identify hardware and use hand/power tools
Perform quality check of own work
PCB Bake prior to conformal coating as necessary
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
At least one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
General knowledge of ERP Database software and general computer operation.
Schedule: 6:00 am to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Pay: 17 dollars per hour
