Title: Clean Line Technician 2

Job Description:
As a Clean Line Technician 2, you'll ensure the cleanliness and quality of manufactured parts in Chemical and Clean Room environments, meeting customer specifications. Your duties include processing parts through the Rough Clean Line, Chem Line, inspections, packaging, and waste management.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.
1-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and understanding instructions.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook).
Ability to interpret manufacturing prints.
Analytical problem-solving skills.
Willingness to wear protective gear.
Forklift certification within 90 days of hire.
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 35lbs.
Eligibility to work in an ITAR environment.
Pass drug and background checks.
Essential Duties:

Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Use tools and chemicals for manual part work.
Conduct inspections and packaging.
Perform basic equipment maintenance.
Manage chemical tanks and waste.
Test part cleanliness and dimensions.
Assist with assembly and offer solutions.
Train lower-level technicians.
Qualifications:
To succeed, you must meet the essential duties. Physical requirements include standing, walking, and lifting. Vision abilities may be necessary.
