WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist claims adjusters with the processing of workers' compensation claims.
- Organize and maintain claim files and records.
- Communicate with claimants, employers, and medical professionals to gather necessary information.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and document preparation.
- Help manage the flow of information and paperwork within the claims department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in a claims or administrative support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using office applications and claims management software.
- A proactive and collaborative work ethic.
