Position: Civil Construction Project Manager
Location: Central Oregon (Relocation Assistance Available)
Pay: Competitive – Based on Experience – Discretionary Bonuses
Schedule: Full-Time | Travel Required (25%–50%)

What You’ll Do:
As a Civil Construction Project Manager, you’ll be the backbone of project execution—leading efforts from start to finish on fast-paced, high-impact construction jobs. You’ll manage everything from planning and field coordination to client communication and cost control.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all phases of construction projects
- Coordinating crews, subcontractors, vendors, and materials
- Managing schedules and budgets
- Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Traveling to job sites (25–50% of the time)
- Leading with clear communication, humility, and a team-first mindset
- Working from the Central Oregon office (Relocation support available!)

What You Need to Have:
The Musts:
- 2+ years of Project Management experience in the construction industry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel 25–50% of the time
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Valid Real ID (for travel readiness)
- 3–5 years in heavy civil, renewable energy, or underground utility projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, CAD, or Topcon GPS
- Construction Management degree or PMP Certification
- Adaptability in fast-changing environments and high-level critical thinking
