WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Room patients and record vital signs and medical histories
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist physicians during exams and treatments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record system
- Schedule appointments and follow up with patients regarding treatment plans
- Handle administrative and clinical tasks to support smooth daily operations
- Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and compliant with clinic protocols
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold a high standard of care
REQUIREMENTS:
- Active CMA certification
- Prior experience in a clinical or specialty practice setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR)
- A patient-first attitude and professional demeanor
