Opening: Carpet Cleaning Supervisor (Grave Shift)
City: Seattle, WA

WHAT YOU’ LL DO:
As this team’ s newest Carpet Cleaning Supervisor you will be working from 6: 00PM until 2: 30AM (Monday – Friday).
Your Duties Will Include:
- Supervising a team of 10 carpet and upholstery cleaning technicians
- Driving a company-provided van from our Renton office to downtown Seattle (nightly)
- Assigning and delegating nightly duties to your team
- Performing quality assurance inspections behind your team' s work
- Ensuring that all work is completed satisfactorily and within production standards
- Monitoring equipment and cleaning practices to ensure technician' s and site employees' safety
- Coordinating efforts with the Operations Manager to help establish cleaning production rates, goals, and budgets
- Assisting in the interview screening process
- Effectively resolving conflicts that arise between cleaning technicians
- Providing nightly work activity reports to management
- Training and overseeing the development of new hires
- Evaluating, reviewing, and reprimanding technicians on an as-needed basis
WHAT’ S IN IT FOR YOU:
- Compensation STARTS at $48, 000/YR, DOE (IICRC certification is a PLUS and would add to salary)
- Full benefits include m/d/v, 401k, paid vacation

- Use of company vehicle, or expense reimbursement (gas, parking, etc.) if using your own vehicle
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- 2-3+ years of supervisory experience in a commercial cleaning environment
- 1+ year of VLM carpet cleaning experience preferred (but not required)
- 1+ year of HWE carpet and upholstery cleaning experience
- IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) CCT certification a plus, but not required
- Hard surface maintenance experience a plus (e.g. VCT, Concrete, Terrazo, SDT, Vinyl, ESD, LVT, etc.)
- Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs without assistance
- Able to show up on time
- Willing to work hard
