Carpenter and Property Maintenance

Immediate opening for hands on carpenter and property maintenance and repair person for a well-established and flourishing commercial and residential company. This is an active, boots on the ground critical key position.
If you have 5-10 plus years’ experience in carpentry and/or property maintenance with the ability to work independently in a client facing role than please read on!
Carpentry, interior and exterior painting, inspecting construction, installation and maintenance for conformance to specifications. This includes everything from gutters, yard, plumbing and everything in between.
Source and purchase approved materials, fixtures, and equipment; develop and implement cost saving measures while maintaining adherence to high quality.
interpret blueprints, plans and specs including electrical.
Assist with set up and take down of venue special event equipment, furniture etc.
maintain logs and prepare reports of maintenance and repair activities, production and expenses.
Demonstrate good math skills, computer competence in Outlook.
Must be skilled and the safe use and maintenance of the following tools:
Power Tools: Weed Eater, Trimmer, lawn-mower, saws, drill sander, grinder, wrenches, etc.
Material Handling equipment: full, step and double ladders, dollies, buckets, hoists, jacks, dollies and wheelbarrows.
Measuring, Ohmmeters, voltmeters, PH tests, testing meters, etc.
Mechanical Equipment: Pressure washers, hand powered and electrical augers, blowers, compressors, motors, pumps, etc.
Detail oriented and accurate
Adept with Outlook and general intermediate level of computer skills
Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship skills.
Planning and organizational skills with the ability to solve problems in a timely manner.
Salary $30 per hour plus DOE. Medical, Dental and Vision 100% employer paid with dependent coverage. 401(k) 8% match, Vacation, PTO, company vehicle on the job
