WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Perform skilled carpentry work on upscale residential and commercial construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to execute detailed construction plans.
- Install, repair, and maintain structural woodwork, cabinetry, and other finishes to meet high-quality standards.
- Operate and maintain a variety of carpentry tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and evaluate work to ensure it aligns with specifications and client expectations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in carpentry, with a focus on high-end residential or commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, and construction methods.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and practices in construction.
