Join our team! A leading manufacturer of beautiful cabinets in the Western United States. With a legacy dating back to 1972, we take pride in providing custom cabinetry to the Portland Metro area and beyond. We are currently seeking an experienced Cabinet Installer to contribute to the creation of exceptional homes in Ridgefield, WA.
Responsibilities:
Install custom cabinets and built-in furniture based on blueprints and project specifications.
Ensure precise and accurate placement of cabinets, following the full-access (full overlay or European style) design principles.
Utilize your expertise in cabinet materials, hardware, and installation techniques to deliver high-quality results.
Collaborate with a team of construction professionals, including carpenters and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
Inspect cabinets for quality, adhering to our commitment to reflecting both current trends and classical home design.
Keep a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cabinet Installer in new construction projects.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
Detail-oriented with a focus on craftsmanship and quality.
Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools with precision.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and tools.
Knowledge of safety protocols and a commitment to adherence at all times.
Pay and Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage: $20-27 per hour, based on experience and skills.
Opportunities for overtime as project demands require.
