They are on the hunt for an upbeat, and personable CSR/Order Fulfillment team member to join their team!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with placing orders, modifications, and tracking shipments.
- Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams for smooth fulfillment.
- Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information and promote new offerings.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders and handle returns or exchanges.
- Maintain records, generate reports, and contribute to improving customer service processes.
