CPA ~ Senior/Manager

Location: Vancouver, WA
Compensation: $80K - $100K per year, DOE
Hours: Mon-Fri

What You'll Do:
  • Prepare and review of tax (individual and business) compilation and review engagements.
  • Train staff and review and evaluate their work and communicate with partner.
  • Plan and supervise the performance of professional services.
  • Manage multiple clients and the ability to give superior service to all.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and exceptional service.
  • Make accurate decisions on tax and business consulting matters.
  • Research and resolve tax and accounting issues.
  • Clearly communicate thoughts and knowledge and suggest solutions to owner.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage time.
  • Ability and willingness to work extended hours during tax season.

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • CPA Certification
  • 6+ years prior experience in public accounting
  • 2+ years supervisory experience
  • Ability to think analytically, identify tax issues, opportunities and solutions.
  • Possess thorough professional knowledge of taxation and accounting theory and application.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task.
  • Proven experience preparing individual and business tax returns (1040, 1120S, 1120, 1065)
  • Proven experience preparing compilation and review engagements.
  • Strong proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, QuickBooks programs

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Lacerte Tax Software
  • Previous experience in construction
