Location: Vancouver, WA
Compensation: $80K - $100K per year, DOE
Hours: Mon-Fri

What You'll Do:
- Prepare and review of tax (individual and business) compilation and review engagements.
- Train staff and review and evaluate their work and communicate with partner.
- Plan and supervise the performance of professional services.
- Manage multiple clients and the ability to give superior service to all.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and exceptional service.
- Make accurate decisions on tax and business consulting matters.
- Research and resolve tax and accounting issues.
- Clearly communicate thoughts and knowledge and suggest solutions to owner.
- Effectively prioritize and manage time.
- Ability and willingness to work extended hours during tax season.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- CPA Certification
- 6+ years prior experience in public accounting
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Ability to think analytically, identify tax issues, opportunities and solutions.
- Possess thorough professional knowledge of taxation and accounting theory and application.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented and ability to multi-task.
- Proven experience preparing individual and business tax returns (1040, 1120S, 1120, 1065)
- Proven experience preparing compilation and review engagements.
- Strong proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, QuickBooks programs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lacerte Tax Software
- Previous experience in construction
