Location: Tigard, Oregon
Compensation: $22-28/HRÂ DOE
Shift: FRI/SAT/SUN (5am - 5:30pm)

What You’ ll Do:
As a CNC Router Operator II you will be responsible for set-up and operation of the CNC Router in compliance with inch and metric drawing specifications in an ISO 9000 Certified Environment.

What You Need to Have:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
- 3-5+ years in manufacturing environment, machining experience required.
- Good math skills in trigonometry.
- Good hand eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to carefully handle fragile products, perform repetitive tasks, and demonstrate safety awareness.
- Able to maintain and inspect functional tooling.
- Must be able to read and understand machine codes.
- Must be able to read and interpret engineered drawings in decimal and fractional inch units.
- Demonstrated ability to use and read precision measuring devices in thousandths.
- Demonstrated ability to set up CNC machine loading programs, tools, fixtures and setting tool offsets.
- Demonstrated ability to identify various cutting tools and materials utilized.
- Demonstrated ability to differentiate and machine various plastics including WPP, NPP, FRPP, Polycarbonate, PVC, Acrylic, UHMW, Delrin, PTFE, PFA, and PVDF.
- Record labor for job tracking.Â
- Document Red lines, monitor Line side inventory and interact with engineering on designs of parts.Â
Preferred:
- 3-5+ years of CNC Router operating experience
- High School or Trade School diploma
- Ability to lift 35lb objects, and stand for extended amounts of time
