Job Description
Position: CNC Mill Programmer
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Pay: DOE + Monthly Bonus (based on company-wide sales goals)
Schedule: Day Shift – Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (4x10s)

We are currently seeking a full-time CNC Mill Programmer for immediate hire.
What You’ll Do:

Program parts for CNC Verticals, Horizontals, 5-Axis mills, and Cells using MasterCam 2025
-
Analyze blueprints and plan efficient manufacturing processes
-
Design fixtures, produce setup sheets, and determine necessary tools and materials
-
Communicate daily with CAD, operators, and management to ensure smooth production
-
Update and maintain programs and documentation for production and returned jobs

Prioritize job orders and support operators with programming adjustments

What You Need to Have:
The Musts:
-
5+ years of experience with MasterCam (2020 or newer)
-
Solid background in CNC mill machining
-
Knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading
-
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
-
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
-
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred:
-
Experience with HEM (High-Efficiency Machining)
-
Familiarity with SolidCam
-
Experience with ferrous/non-ferrous metals and plastics
