Location: Hillsboro, Oregon
Compensation: $34+/hr. + shift differential
Schedules: Day Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
Night Shift: Monday-Thursday 4:15 pm – 2:45 am
Weekend Shift: Friday – Sunday 5:00 am – 5:30 pm
++Monthly bonus program is paid when company-wide monthly sales goal is reached.

-Written skills test for CNC 5-axis mills will be conducted at the time of the interview

What You'll Do
In this role, you will operate CNC 5-axis horizontal mills with multiple pallets, inspecting first-run products and making adjustments in collaboration with Quality Control as needed. You will monitor and inspect parts during manufacturing to maintain consistent quality, create fixtures and clamps for specific jobs, and machine parts to blueprint specifications to ensure accuracy. Additionally, you will perform secondary operations such as tapping, deburring, and other finishing tasks.

What You Need to Have:

3–5+ years of experience operating CNC 5-Axis Mills
-
Familiarity with Siemens Celos Controller preferred

Experience with Fanuc controls
-
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Possession of personal precision measuring tools

Strong blueprint reading skills
-
Ability to follow written instructions accurately

High attention to detail and quality

Capable of working independently

Ability to lift 20+ pounds regularly
