Position: CNC Lathe Machinist
Compensation: $25–$35/hr DOE
Location: Wilsonville, OR.
Schedule: Day shift Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm

What You’ll Do:
As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will play a key role in producing high-quality precision components. Depending on your experience, this role may involve setup, operation, and/or basic programming responsibilities.
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Select and install tooling, offsets, and fixtures
- Perform first-piece inspections and ensure parts meet tolerance requirements
- Make adjustments to machines to maintain quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot machining issues and support continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What You Need to Have:
- 3-5+ years of CNC lathe machining experience
- Experience with setup and operation; programming is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of tooling, speeds/feeds, and material types
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience with Fanuc controls is a plus
