What you'll do:
As a highly skilled CNC Machinist you will complete set-ups on multiple CNC Horizontal Mills up to 4th-Axis. Troubleshoot and operate as needed across multiple machines. Prove out and optimize programs and fixturing for repeat parts. Assist or work in the Vertical mill department as needed. Work with programmers, operators, and the entire team to plan and find solutions.
What you need:
-Must have a minimum of 4 years of precision CNC lathe or mill setup experience
•Must be able to read, write and edit G and M codes at the machine control
•Excellent blueprint reading skills
•Experience with all manual inspection equipment and FAI processes
•Experience machining aluminum, stainless and plastic materials
•Ability to act as a lead, work with a team, and independently
