OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING!
Location: Woodburn, OR
Compensation: $25+/hr DOE
Schedule: 4/10s or 5/8s – your choice!
Who We Are:
We’re partnering with a well-established marine construction company that’s been in business for over 22 years, proudly serving clients across Oregon. Specializing in prefabricated and custom docks, boat lifts, and pile driving services, this company is known for delivering high-quality, durable solutions for both residential and commercial waterfront properties.
What You’ll Do:
This CDL driving role involves much more than just being behind the wheel. You'll be working with large, fabricated components—loading, delivering, and helping install them on-site. You’ll start with hands-on training to get familiar with the company’s products, tools, and safety practices. Once up to speed, you’ll be out in the field—traveling to various project sites across Oregon, supporting the crew with deliveries and light installation work.

What You Need to Bring:

CDL or ability to obtain your CDL permit (training available!)

A clean driving record (MVR)

Familiarity with the 3-2-1 rule and how to square a corner

Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to get your hands dirty

Reliable, safety-first attitude with strong work ethic
