Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Pay: $30–$35/hr (Dependent on driving record – affects insurance costs)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
(Some overtime during busy seasons)
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

Position: CDL-A Driver / Laborer – Foreman Role (Direct Hire)

What You’ll Do
As a CDL-A Driver / Laborer Foreman, you’ll be more than just a driver—you’ll play a hands-on role in the field. Responsibilities include:

Operating vehicles with a Class A or B CDL

Drilling holes using a rotohammer
-
Saw-cutting joints using a concrete saw
-
Shoveling materials into a mixer
-
Pulling and dragging hoses during concrete lifting
-
Supporting and leading a crew to complete jobs efficiently and safely

What You Need to Have
The Musts:

Valid Class A or B CDL
-
Clean driving record (important for insurance purposes)

Willingness to perform physical labor outside the truck

Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment/materials
-
Experience in construction, concrete work, or related field
-
Leadership ability and strong work ethic
Preferred:
-
Experience with rotohammers and concrete saws
-
Familiarity with concrete leveling or mudjacking
-
Prior experience as a crew lead or foreman
