WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide expertise in Quality Assurance for CNC manufactured parts, assemblies, complex tooling and other components.
- Utilize advanced inspections equipment; CCM, Romer Arms, Faro Arms and associated software, PCDMIS, PolyWorks.
- Hand Inspect using micrometers, calipers, height gauges
- Create and review technical documentation related to Receiving, In- Process and Final inspection on Materials, Processes and completed product.
- Ensure conformance with customer Drawing, Specification and Purchase Order
- Use SolidWorks to process IGES and/ or STEP files. Â
