OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING!
Location: Sherwood, Oregon
Compensation: $23-26+/hr. DOE
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6am-2:30pm
Who We Are:
A Local manufacturing company that engineers, fabricates, and constructs equipment for the farming and logging industry for the last 45 years is looking to hire! This company is proud to buy and make all of its products in the United States. They are a complete process taking in material and performing everything from CNC machining, welding, and assembly.
What You'll Do:
Operate CNC burn tables utilizing Burny controls. Assist plate shop helpers with loading and unloading of parts and plate. Pick and load materials from the plate yard, safely operate overhead and jib cranes as well as various forklifts. Work with burn table programmer to ensure plates are properly marked.Â

What You Need to Have:
- Working knowledge of Plasma burning processes from 22 gauge up to 2-inch material.Â
- Working knowledge of oxygen-fuel burning process from 0.5-inch to 6-inch material.Â
- Organizational skills in balancing burn processes.Â
- Ability to adapt to company operational processes and procedures as necessary.Â
- 1-3 years of related experience and/or training.Â
- Forklift, jib and overhead crane experience.Â
