Who We Are:

Locally owned and operated countertop company, looking to add an amazing Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant to our team!

What You’ ll Do:

This position will start out mainly handling the AP/AR, Administrative duties, data entry, processing orders, etc. Eventually, this person will be trained to take on Payroll, light HR duties and other duties as assigned by the Office Manager.

What’ s In It For You:

Base pay of $17-22/hr DOE

Working in a small office environment with a fun group of people!

Hours are M-F, 8: 30-5pm, with occasional overtime

What You Need to Have:

The Musts:

Quickbooks Pro – Intermediate or higher level

Minimum 2 years AP/AR experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Strong attention to detail

Good communication skills

Self-motivated

Reliable

Must have drivers’ license and reliable transportation – this position will involve occasionally running errands to the UPS store and the bank.
