WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Overseeing the billing process for services provided, with an emphasis on Medicaid billing.
- Managing billing staff and providing leadership and guidance.
- Ensuring accurate and timely submission of Medicaid billing claims.
- Resolving billing issues and discrepancies related to Medicaid billing.
- Collaborating with other departments to streamline Medicaid billing processes.
- Maintaining compliance with Medicaid billing regulations and standards.
- Analyzing Medicaid billing data and generating reports for management.
- Implementing improvements to enhance Medicaid billing efficiency and accuracy.
REQUIREMENTS:
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in billing and management roles, with a strong background in Medicaid billing.
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid billing processes and regulations.
- Proficiency in using billing software and tools specific to Medicaid billing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, especially in the context of Medicaid billing.
- Ability to analyze Medicaid billing data and generate reports.
- Knowledge of non-profit billing practices is a plus.
