Opening: Assistant Superintendent
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $28 - $32 per hour DOE

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Project Oversight: Support the Superintendent in managing day-to-day operations on commercial and industrial construction sites.
Hands-On Work: Split your time between fieldwork and office tasks, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Team Coordination: Oversee crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure all work aligns with project plans and quality standards.
Administrative Duties: Handle documentation, scheduling, and communication to keep projects running smoothly.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in commercial or industrial construction, with a blend of field and administrative responsibilities.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities to ensure seamless coordination between office and field.
Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering quality work on time.
