WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Support Project Managers and Sales teams with day to day operations
- Track orders, shipments, and project timelines to keep jobs on schedule
- Prepare quotes, purchase orders, submittals, and project documentation
- Coordinate communication between vendors, customers, and internal departments
- Maintain organized digital and physical project files
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with order processing
- Proactively follow up on open items and ensure deadlines are met
- Help improve workflow efficiency across multiple active projects
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong administrative or project support background
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new systems and technical information
- Clear communicator who can manage multiple priorities
- Reliable, self directed, and eager to grow
