WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Steel Toed Boots.
- Mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Familiarity with air tools desirable.
- Capability to occasionally lift 50-70 lbs.
- Proficiency in basic math.
- Commitment to a career-oriented mindset
- Collaborative team player.
- Ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
- Strong communication abilities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Reading blueprints and technical drawings to understand the assembly process.
- Gathering necessary parts and materials for tractor assembly.
- Assembling components according to specifications, including engines, transmissions, axles, and hydraulic systems.
- Driving a sit-down forklift.
- Installing electrical systems, such as wiring harnesses and control panels.
- Testing assembled tractors to ensure proper functioning and performance.
- Identifying and resolving any issues or defects in the assembly process.
- Following safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborating with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintaining tools and equipment used in the assembly process.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality in tractor production.
- Pay: $24.50 per hour
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with Saturday overtime options available
- Potential training for forklift operation
