WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist senior architects and designers in developing design concepts and architectural plans.
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations to support project development.
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and zoning regulations to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs align with client goals and project specifications.
- Participate in site visits and project meetings to gain hands-on experience and provide support as needed.
- Prepare documentation and reports required for permitting and construction.
- Stay updated on architectural trends and innovations to bring fresh perspectives to projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or currently enrolled in an accredited architectural program.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong technical and creative design skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of building codes and construction processes is a plus.
