OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING!
Position: Aerospace CNC Machinist
Location: Gresham, OR
Pay: $25/hr - $30/hr, DOE
Schedule: Mon-Fri | 7:00am-3:30pm
Who We Are:
We are a small, family-owned machine shop with over 40 years of experience, specializing in aerospace production.
What You’ll Do:
As a CNC Machinist, your responsibilities will include:

Setting up and editing machines to process parts for the day.

Assisting with various shop duties as needed (we’re looking for someone who doesn’t mind variety and flexibility in their tasks).

Note: Programming is not required for this role.

Aerospace experience is a must.

2-3 years of Aerospace CNC Setup & Edit experience.

Patience and keen attention to detail.

Excellent attendance, positive attitude, and reliability.
Preferred:

Experience with multiple types of CNC machinery.

Prior experience in a production-focused environment.
