Small technical college, niche focus on programs building videos. Art related gaming and production. Continuously growing.

Job responsibility:

Become a part of the marketing, admissions sales team. Generating awareness of school and admission. In house sales, working on campus. Making phone calls, following up on leads. Attend external events to talk to students who may be interested in programs.

What You’ll do:
  • Video game knowledge, not a requirement.
  • Encourage enrollment to prospective students.
  • Empower students to manage their time effectively and have a work/life balance.
  • Promote relaxed environment.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Adhere to targets and key performance indicators as provided by your reporting manager(s) or team leader.
  • Work closely with other departments to fulfil the application and enrolment?process;
  • Apply consultative sales approach (Needs Based Approach) to help students select the right courses for enrolments.
  • Where applicable, participate in Marketing events.
  • Report on the outcomes of established targets including?customer needs, problems, interests, or opportunities.
  • Ask relevant questions to customers and clarify needs and requirements.
  • Take specific actions to respond to customer needs to deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Raise opportunities with other campuses / courses (where appropriate) to satisfy customer needs.
  • Displays a genuine interest in the customer.
  • Work proactively to achieve targets and expectations.
  • Take a disciplined approach to maintaining standards of work
  • Work to deliver outcomes within set timeframes and agreed standards, overcoming obstacles where necessary.
  • Make sound and timely recommendations to students based on established frameworks, policies or procedures.
  • Identify problems and errors and consider how best to resolve or escalate them.
  • Comply with company policies and frameworks.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM system.
  • Contribute to the implementation and adaption of the company’s sales strategy to effectively promote the company.
  • Proactively participate in regular learning & development sessions.
  • Adhere to any works directed by your reporting manager(s).

What You’ll Need:
  • Marketing, Recruiting, Networking, and Sales experience is a plus.

What's in it for you:
  • Entry level DOE $45-$60K
  • Full benefits. Company pays all medical, no co-pays. Spouse/children will be separate.
  • 2 weeks sick time and 2 weeks' vacation.
  • Everyone gets paid for week between Christmas and new year's!
  • M-F 8-5pm
