Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a dynamic courier company to find a dedicated Front Counter Administrative Clerk. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the front counter and provides crucial support to both customers and the team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Greet customers at the front counter and handle their inquiries.
- Take complaints and concerns and report them to the manager.
- Relay messages accurately and efficiently.
- Accept shipping packages and ensure they are taken to the warehouse.
- Engage in physical activity as needed throughout the fast-paced workday.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Comfortable with physical activity during busy periods.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial office setting.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to help where needed.
BENEFITS:
- Competitive hourly pay of $18.00.
