OPTI IS HIRING FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT!
We are working with a small construction company located in Salmon Creek, WA and they are looking for strong multi-tasker in an administrative role. This is a contract to hire position. $25 and full benefits.
Role and Responsibilities:
Wage: $20-$25 per hour

- Document Control
- Accounts Payable
- Running the occasional errand
- Assist with various operations tasks
- Reception
- Scheduling
- Correspondence
- Data entry
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Adobe, Excel, Outlook)
- Some Accounts Payable Experience
- Typing proficiency
- Reception experience
- 2 + years in an office / administrative role
- Driver’s License is a must
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Wage: $20-$25 per hour
