What You’ll Do:
As our team's newest Administrative Sales Support Specialist, you will be tasked with answering phones, helping to execute weekly payroll, assisting candidates with paperwork, maintaining a positive attitude and acting as support to the sales staff. You are the face and voice of Opti Staffing, and the first line in someone's candidate or client experience. You are the backbone, the troubleshooter, the herder of cats and the ever optimistic force that helps drive this office to the next level!
Duties Include:
- Answering phones
- Providing great customer service to our clients and candidates
- Administrative tasks including candidate onboarding, internal tracking, lead generation and more
- Payroll
- Sales Reports
- Being a great team player is a MUST!

I am married to a wonderful man, who has taught me to love unconditionally and has been there for me and my girls. I have two daughters, 24 & 17 and am a grandmother of 2 spunky little girls.
