Administrative Assistant/ Marketing Assistant
Location: King City, OR
Pay: $40,000 per year
Schedule: 8-4 Monday-Thursday, 8-12 Friday - 32 hours a week!

What you’ll do:
Must be friendly, energetic & compassionate person as most of our clients are elderly.
- Setting appointments
- Building marketing packets
- Arranging dates and meals for classes
- Check people in for seminars
- Answering phones
- Assistant to the office manager
- Answering client’s questions
What you need to have:
- 1 years financial experience
- Phone Skills
- Excellent Written Communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft & Retail CRM Systems
- Life/Health Insurance Licensed or willingness to become licensed. (Will not need to sell but speak to clients about their policies).
- Help set up various client events. (monthly client Education, annual company events for clients).
- Order all office supplies.
- Scan client documents to their files.
