Opening: Administrative Assistant – Sales Support
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $20 - $25

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
This role is perfect for an organized and motivated administrative professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing phone calls professionally
- Providing support to the sales team and assisting with client inquiries
- Processing returned goods authorizations (RGAs) and tracking inventory inquiries
- Performing data entry, clerical support, and document management
- Coordinating office supply purchasing and fulfillment
- Assisting with marketing projects and promotional materials
- Maintaining an organized filing system
- Handling small stock order entry and other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Entry-level position – prior experience in administrative or sales support is a plus
- Interest in business, HVAC, or the construction industry preferred
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and track multiple inquiries at once
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications
- Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
- Excellent attendance, reliability, and work ethic
