Administrative Assistant - Office Manager

Are you a person that appreciates a company that prides itself on no drama and being very transparent? Do you want to work for a company that is fun and goofy? Well, if you also have a background as a well-rounded admin handling everything from light accounting to customer service and purchasing of supplies then this could be the forever home for you. My customer appreciates their employees and has a great culture. They are looking to add a strong administrative assistant/office manager type to their team due to growth. You would have a direct line of communication to the leaders of the company and be in a position where you get to wear a few hats. This is not a position for someone who just wants to do the same thing every day. The right person for this position will have the following skills:
- Excel and Word knowledge
- Experience answering phones and directing calls
- Strong customer service skills
- Any experience doing scheduling would be great
- Experience supporting a sales staff
- Purchasing experience (office supplies… Etc.)
