Position: Admin/Office Assistant 
Location: Tualatin, OR 
Pay: $21-$24 
Schedule: M-F, 8am - 5pm (1hr lunch) 

Who We Are: 
Our client is a local Distribution company that was founded in 1995 and located in Tualatin, OR, with multiple branches in China specializing in electric motor parts and medical components.  

What You’ll Do: 

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. 

  • Answer and direct phone calls politely and professionally. 

  • Greet visitors and delivery personnel entering the office. 

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. 

  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical. 

  • Assist sales team by organizing and managing timelines for new projects. 

  • Assist in processing/confirming purchase orders and preparing paperwork. 

  • Track incoming shipments. 

  • Assist with AR/AP duties as assigned. 

  • Manage calendars and schedule customer shipments. 

  • Perform various office-related tasks and special project requests.

What You Need to Have: 

  • Previous experience as an admin/office assistant. 1-3 years. 

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. 

  • Proficiency in MS Office. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 

  • AP/AR experience 

  • High school diploma or equivalent. 

Preferred  

  • Import/export experience. 

  • Logistics coordination 

  • Associate degree or higher
