What You’ll Do
Primary responsibility is to ensure business is running efficiently. Tasks include scheduling meetings, screening visitors, answering phones, making travel arrangements, managing network database, disseminating information (through mail), creating spreadsheets, generating reports, ordering office supply's, sometimes working directly with customers and vendors, including translation support if able (additional language skill set is highly advantageous).

Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5pm

Experience with Microsoft Word
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
