Position: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: Tualatin, OR
Compensation: $21+ an hour DOE
Hours: 7am – 4pm

What You’ll Do:
We are seeking an experienced full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk. This person supports the company by being a part of the full charge accounting department.
A typical day includes:
- A/R Invoicing
- Cash receipts
- Credit/debit memos
- Sales Tax certificates
- Filing and archiving
- RMAs
- Answering main phone line

What You Need to Have:
2+ years A/R experience
MS Office Suite Experience
Adaptability and willingness to present new ideas for improvement
Experience with Sage 100 highly preferred
Experience with sales tax/Avalara highly preferred
