Opening: Accounting specialist Â
City: Tualatin, OR
Pay: $24-30/hr. per hour
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Who We Are:
Our client is the leading property management company in Oregon and Washington for manufactured housing communities. Since 1984, they have been a leader in multi-family property management and currently service a large and diverse portfolio of properties throughout the Pacific Northwest.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement financial goals, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile income and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle property operations, including deposits and bills, and manage cash flow.
- Collaborate on budgets, internal audits, and maintain financial records.
- Approve transactions, reconcile statements, and assist with tax returns and training.

What You Need to Have:
The Musts:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, or 1-4 years equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe
- Good to excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven skills in data collection, workflow design, and procedure development.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, adapt to changes, and remain professional.
- Familiarity with property management software. Rent Manager, ManageAmerica, or Yardi.
- Experience with internal auditing and financial budgeting.
