Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a local company known for its stunning office views, supportive leadership, and flexible culture. They’re looking to add an experienced Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist to their team ASAP!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Handle full-cycle AP/AR functions
- Work with accounting software to maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with reconciliations and month-end tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of AP/AR experience
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Must pass background check and drug screen
- Ability to work independently and stay organized

- $30/hour starting pay, with flexibility for the right candidate
