WHAT YOU’LL DO:
This role is perfect for a detail-oriented and organized accounting professional with strong experience in QuickBooks Desktop and payroll processing. Responsibilities include:
- Processing payroll and managing payroll-related reporting
- Managing bookkeeping duties, including general ledger reconciliations and financial tracking
- Utilizing QuickBooks Desktop for daily accounting functions
- Assisting with benefits administration and compliance reporting
- Ensuring accuracy in financial documentation and payroll processing
- Collaborating with internal teams to support financial operations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is a must
- Experience processing payroll and managing related reporting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment
- Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
