Local company in business for over 35 years is seeking a new team member. We are a close-knit company and everyone plays an important role.

We are known for our outstanding Customer Service with a quality product. This particular person will need to be able to carry that reputation out into the world. Are you able to convey ideas, and transfer your excitement and enthusiasm to others? Whether it be on the phone or in person?
This position will require some travel and getting out in the world. You will need to be great on the phones and building rapport. Problem solving and determination is key with a knack for keeping track of multiple balls in the air.
This is not a cookie cutter sales position, nor is it strict account management. We aren’t interested in an old-fashioned sales techniques or high pressure tactics. Our customers do not respond to this. We need someone who cares about their customers and treats them as if they were family & friends. Someone who realizes their customer’s success & happiness is the key to their own success and happiness.
Training will begin with a paid training introductory period (approximately two to three months depending on your progress) and become a base plus commission compensation package once you complete training and once monthly reviews to assess role suitability. You will receive paid National Holidays off after your probationary period of three months, earned paid vacation on scale, medical & dental insurance package, 401K & life insurance.
Ideal Candidate Must Possess the Following:
*High School Diploma or Equivalent
*Open Mind
*Willingness to Learn
*Ability to Travel
*Experience working in an office setting with computer skills, excel, word, acrobat etc.
*Valid Driver’s License & Insurance
*Outgoing Personality who isn’t afraid to walk in anywhere and introduce themselves.
*Likability and Fondness for people and places.
*Incredible Listening Skills.
*Professional Appearance & Communication Skills, spoken and written.
*Critical Thinking Skills & Ability to think and function outside the box.
*Knowledge of the Transportation Industry is a Bonus but not required.
*Pre-Employment Drug Screen & Background Check Required.
