Location: Palmer, AK
Pay: Base salary starting at $70,000+ DOE + structured monthly production bonus

We are partnering with an established independent insurance agency seeking a production capable Account Manager to manage and grow a book of Personal and Commercial Lines business. This is a stable, base salary role with bonus opportunity and strong inbound lead flow. No cold calling required.

We are partnering with an established independent insurance agency seeking a production capable Account Manager to manage and grow a book of Personal and Commercial Lines business. This is a stable, base salary role with bonus opportunity and strong inbound lead flow. No cold calling required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Convert agency provided inbound leads
- Manage and grow an assigned Personal and Commercial Lines book
- Market new and renewal business across multiple carriers
- Present coverage proposals and identify coverage gaps
- Cross sell within existing accounts
- Conduct renewal reviews and retention strategy
- Issue binders, certificates, endorsements and policy changes
- Meet structured monthly premium production goals
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years Property & Casualty experience in an Independent Agency
- Active Alaska Property & Casualty License
- Experience with both Personal and Commercial Lines
- Proven ability to close new business
- Experience marketing across multiple carriers
- Proficiency in AMS360, AgencyZoom and PL Rater preferred
- Strong documentation, organization and communication skills
