Opening: Accounts Receivable Specialist
City: Portland, ORÂ
Pay: $21-26/hr DOE
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Who We Are:
Long established locally and family-owned office supply company is looking for an AR Specialist to join their family!
What you will do:
This position handles the Accounts Receivable for all 7 locations in 3 different states. Duties will include, but not be limited to: daily check deposits; posting payments; reconciling EFT/ACH payments; daily invoicing/credit card posting; collections on past due accounts; credit card payment processing; refunds/adjustments; AP backup; set payment terms based on customer credit; maintaining AR filing; other duties as assigned.
This position is Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
What is in it for you:
Pay is $45,000-55,000/yr DOE

What you need to have:
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
- Quickbooks Online experience
- Advanced MS Office skills – especially Excel!
- Strong work ethic
- Great attention to detail
- Sense of humor!
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
