Responsibilities:
- Process 400+ invoices weekly
- Manage vendor relationships
- Reconcile credit cards
- Maintain front desk appearance
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- 2 years of A/P experience preferred
- Construction or related field knowledge a plus
- PC proficiency (Windows 10, Excel)
- Strong multitasking and communication skills

I am passionate about both the work I do and the company I do it with. I started out as an Operations Recruiter out of NE Portland and was recently given the opportunity to step into the Branch Manager role in Vancouver and could not be more excited!
