Opening: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Anchorage, AK

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments across multiple business entities
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Support general accounting tasks and collaborate with a small internal team
- Maintain organized records and adhere to internal accounting procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in accounts payable and general accounting
- Strong background in account reconciliation
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
- Ability to work independently in a small office setting
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
