Position: (Part Time) Workplace Experience Coordinator Temp
Pay: Hourly $24.00

What You’ll Do:
- Maintain an organized, welcoming workspace for clients and employees.
- Process experience requests, coordinate events, and handle logistics (scheduling, food, setup/takedown).
- Track event expenses, maintain records, and manage receipts.
- Ensure showrooms, meeting rooms, and kitchen are stocked, organized, and clean.
- Manage calendar and prioritize meeting requests.
- Support OWP company events and employee programs (parking, office access, visitor sign-in).
- Assist with part-time calendar management and expense reports for OWP executives.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.

What They’re Looking For:
- Associate’s degree in hospitality management preferred, or 1+ year in food service/catering (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. 
- Ability to work well with teams, vendors, and customers. 
- Professional demeanor, reliable, and discreet. 
- Personable with strong guest interaction skills. 
- Self-motivated, able to make decisions with minimal guidance. 
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to priorities, and meet deadlines. 
- Experience managing events within budget. 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to learn internal software. 
- Reliable transportation for office and supply-related travel.
- Ability to see, hear, speak clearly, and use dexterity. 
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. 
- Basic math and reading/writing skills.
- In-office presence required, flexible work arrangements possible. 
- Interaction with colleagues, vendors, and clients via various channels. 
- Office environment with moderate noise.


Hours:
Guaranteed 24 hours a week with the potential for 32 hours a week depending on event support needed.

Shift:
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 8am-5pm

Pay: $24.00/HR
